Fit to Dive?
Before participaing in this activity you must review this medical questionnaire. If you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions then you must consult with a doctor prior to diving, and seek written confirmation that you are fit to dive.
What comes next?
Once you have completed the PADI Discover Scuba Dive we will register you on PADI’s database so they know what you have achieved. This dive will automatically credit you with some experience towards the PADI Scuba Diver or PADI Open Water Diver certification, which will apply for 12 months.

Discover Scuba Diving from the shore
Available for anyone aged 10 and over
Start with a detailed briefing from your PADI Instructor including an introduction to the equipment
Enter the water from the beach in Los Cristianos and practice a few basic skills whilst still standing
When comfortable you will drop beneath the water and practice these same skills again underwater
Your Instructor will then escort you on a magical tour around the breakwater which forms an artificial reef, teeming with a wide variety of local marine species
Time underwater: 45 minutes, depth: 6 metres
Time required: 2-3 hours
